Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Yes, In order to be assured a space in our facility, reservations must me made in advance with a deposit or full payment. These spaces are exclusive, extremely limited and tend to fill very quickly.
 
Q: Is there a minimum term or limit on terms?
A: Yes, The minimum duration available for any contract term is one (1) full month. Regardless of actual time used, payment must be made for entire month. Arrangements for vehicles in-transit can be made on a "per-day" basis. Please contact our office if you have any long-term needs. 
 
Q:Do you pro-rate?
A: No, Lease payments are not pro-rated. Agreements go from the first of the month to the last day in a month. We do not issue refunds for unused time.
 
Q: Do you charge any fees or security deposit?
A: Yes. There is a club member registration fee for anyone using the storage facility; however there is no security deposit required. Late fees for delinquent accounts only apply if your lease payment is not received on time.
 
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, discounts are offered. Depending on your circumstances (including the number of vehicles and duration of lease terms) you may be e
ligible for a discount. However, discounts can only be offered to individuals who have proof of ownership for all vehicles. Please contact us for an exact quote.

Q: What kinds of security do have?
A: Without giving away some closely guarded secrets, our showroom has several measures installed for the protection of your vehicles. A secure, 24/7 unlisted station monitors a fire alarm system, an advanced security system and a fire suppression system! There are alarms on every door and window, in addition to motion detectors, infrared beams, remotely monitored & DVR recorded cameras.

Q: What kind of payment types do you accept?
A: For vehicle storage, we accept Cash, Check or Money Orders only! 
Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are only processed through our online product sales division at this time. Gift certificates are not accepted for storage monthly payments.
 
Q: Is my vehicle insured while in storage?
A: None of the vehicles stored are insured by Automotive Enclosures Inc. Our insurance covers the building itself, and the facility grounds. Since each vehicle has a different value placed on it by its owner, we require that each owner insures his/her automobile for what they feel is adequate. A minimum of comprehensive coverage (fire & theft) is cost effective if you do not wish to leave full coverage on, especially during the winter months. Some homeowners policies may also cover renters & storage so please check with your insurance carrier ahead of time. 
 
Q: Is your facility Climate Controlled?
A: Yes, we offer standard heated storage spaces and premium fully climate controlled spaces for you to consider for your vehicle.
 
Q: How do I get a space for my vehicle(s)?
A: The quickest way to apply for a space in our facility is to call us at (716) 810-9219 or send an e-mail to Storage@AutoEnclosures.com. You will receive a copy of our space leasing agreement, policies and vehicle owner information sheet. One those are returned with the registration fee and first months lease payment, then we will give your vehicle our careful consideration.
 
Q: I have never stored a vehicle before, what do you suggest?
A: Depending on the year, make, model, value and a few other key factors that we take into consideration, there are several reccomendations that we have which are designed to help prolong the life & the enjoyment of your vehicle.  Please refrence our "Vehicle Storage Tip's" page and then give us a call at (716) 810-9219. After answering a few simple questions about your vehicle, we can help determine the best course of action for you to take.
